PRIVACY POLICY
Your training record belongs to you.
This policy explains how ArdaBot, Inc. handles information when you use Card Count Quest on the web, iOS, or Android.
Information we handle
- Account information such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers, managed by Clerk.
- Training information such as lesson completion, assessment results, practice accuracy, streaks, selected casino profile, and settings.
- Purchase and entitlement information from Stripe, Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not receive complete payment-card numbers.
- Product analytics such as screens viewed, feature use, device type, and approximate technical diagnostics, processed through PostHog.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, synchronize progress, deliver purchased access, restore purchases, improve lessons and drills, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use Clerk for authentication, Neon and Vercel for application hosting and data storage, Stripe for web billing, RevenueCat for mobile entitlement management, Apple and Google for mobile purchases, and PostHog for product analytics. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
Training data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account from the Player Record screen or follow the instructions on the account deletion page. Deletion removes your Card Count Quest profile, practice history, and account link. Payment processors and app stores may retain transaction records when required for tax, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or other legal obligations.
Security and choices
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and provider-managed secret storage. No system is perfectly secure. You may use the public first lesson without an account, change training settings in the app, manage subscriptions through the original billing provider, and request privacy assistance from us.
Age and regional use
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. It teaches blackjack mathematics and does not provide wagering, gambling accounts, or guaranteed financial outcomes. Users are responsible for following local laws.
