These terms govern your use of Card Count Quest, a blackjack education and practice service provided by ArdaBot, Inc.

Educational service only

The service teaches basic strategy, card counting, true-count conversion, deviations, and team-play concepts. It does not operate gambling, accept wagers, provide investment advice, promise casino access, or guarantee winnings. Casino rules and conditions can change; verify the rules at the table.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in method and activity under your account. Do not use the service where blackjack training or related activity is unlawful.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe; iOS and Android subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Prices, taxes, trial terms, renewal dates, cancellation, and refunds are shown by the billing provider and governed by its purchase terms. Cancel through the same provider used to subscribe.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, misuse another person's account, or use the service to facilitate unlawful conduct. Personal, non-commercial training use is permitted.

Intellectual property

The software, curriculum presentation, artwork, and product identity belong to ArdaBot, Inc. or its licensors. Blackjack rules and mathematical concepts are not claimed as proprietary. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ArdaBot, Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, casino actions, indirect damages, or decisions made from training content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to cj.bordeleau@ardabot.ai. Delaware law governs these terms except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
