What deletion removes

• Your Card Count Quest authentication account and active sessions.
• Your saved training profile, settings, casino selection, lesson progress, practice history, and locally stored entitlement link.

What may be retained

Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, and our payment records may retain limited transaction information where required for tax, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, or legal compliance. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple, Google, or Stripe; cancel it where you purchased it first to prevent future renewal.

If you cannot access the app

Email cj.bordeleau@ardabot.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Card Count Quest Account Deletion.” We will verify the request before deletion.
